A licensed Architect, Ar. Lesther M. Quinquileria, UAP, has over twenty-five years of experience honed especially within the luxury hospitality industry - giving him a tenacious edge in his craft. Having worked with the world’s most prestigious firms, his passion for design, scope, and experience has proven to be an invaluable asset amongst projects that span internationally. He blends his special affinity for the West with his Asian background in order to create a unique design thinking, fashioning bespoke projects with distinctive flair for each of her clients.

 

Over the years, he successfully designed and completed numerous of high-end profile projects. He has succeeded a lot of role position with his extensive involvement in the schematic design stage, design concept, design development and from contract tender documentation to construction and project management with intense coordination with the project team, consultants and client and as well as production of working detailed drawings.
 
He had worked hard with various Architectural and Engineering firms which exposed him to a variety of tasks, especially with project management, design concept developments and detailed design drawings.  From there he was developed in different discipline where he gained a very well-trained experience in his profession.
 
He has well earned his extensive solid background experience with several architectural, interior design, landscape, construction and land developer companies. Most of the projects that he has handled are in Architectural, Interior, Structural, Urban Planning and Sub-urban Landscaping Designs which gave him a broad knowledge and solid background in designing high-end and commercial projects in relation to Architectural and Interior Designs.

Lesther started primary schooling at Espiritu Santo Parochial School in Manila, Philippines a well-known Catholic School for children. As years past by he entered college by 1993 at UST and took his first course of Construction Management and Supervision. At early age of 17 he started working as a Draftsman in DPWH - Department Works & Public Highways to support his own studies. After finishing he decided to continued studying and took up professional Architecture Degree course at University of Santo Tomas located at España, Manila, Philippines, the oldest catholic school in Asia and a well-known university established since 1611 by Spaniards in the Philippines.

When he graduated his bachelor’s degree in 2005, he joined and started to work at Palafox Associates a very well-known Architect with numerous clienteles mostly in the Philippines and international business tycoons. His first role was a Design Assistant. After a year later he was then hired by one of the top leading Architectural firm led by two partners which was Recio+Casas Architects in 2006 as a Project Architect specializing in hotel and resort projects such as Shangri-la Resorts.
 
Before moving to Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2007, he was once then pirated as a Project Designer by Environments Global a multinational architectural resource company for producing overseas commercial concept designs and detailed drawings.
 
Then after that, he took his first overseas job offer opportunity to work abroad and to gained more experience as a Design Architect where he joined Depa Interiors LLC an international interior fit-out construction firm owned by Canadian foreigners and one of the top leading contracting company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and mostly deals in high rise large scale buildings and high end hotel interiors and residential apartments which from that point he had the privileged to be apart during the construction stage of the world’s tallest tower to be open for the year 2010 and mark the history "The Burj Dubai Khalifa Tower", located at Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and was completed on 2009.

As years goes by, In 2008 he started to gained more knowledge when he entered a landscape contracting company as a Senior Landscape Designer with Agriscape Consultancy which focuses on public government projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
 
By the year of 2009, he was also employed with SBG Landscape Design a landscape consultant firm as a Senior Landscape Architect during his stay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His last job role was when he entered Amitis Design an interior design consultant in 2010 where he was an Interior Design Architect in the firm.

When he came back to Philippines from Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2011. He has work with Primary Homes Incorporated a land developing company where he holds a position of an Architectural Planning Head of the design department and supervises a team of architects and designers in Cebu, Philippines.
 
During 2012, he went to Beijing, China to work with Chinaway Interior Design Company as a Senior Interior Designer an interior design consulting firm which carries high class five-star hotel designs where he gained more experience in hospitality projects.
 
Later, in 2013 he moved to Shanghai, China and was employed by KR Associates as a Senior Project Designer also with an interior design consultant that designs several international and multinational corporate interior projects.

Once again, he came back again to Philippines from Shanghai, China in 2014 and he have joined Archiglobal Incorporated a fast-rising architectural office firm based in Cebu, Philippines and took the role of Senior Associate Architect. His work involves with new businesses for the company and maintain the effective relationships with existing clients by nurturing the relations.
 
And in 2015, he decided to move back and work abroad again that time to Singapore where he was hired directly by Gridline Design Lab and became a Senior Design Manager which leads a design team of an interior designers that focuses more on F&B interiors, corporate offices, and residential designs.
 
By 2017, he joined Architects Vista an Architectural Consultancy firm who specializes in institutional schools & churches, high rise condominiums, high end residentials and mixed-use commercial development designs with a position role of a Senior Project Executive that handles international overseas projects based in Singapore which caters to local standard code of requirements and authority compliances with the government authority and agencies.

After in 2020, he came back to Manila, Philippines again and he was been offered a job as a Senior Drafting Manager where he joined BSI Design Services Incorporated an Outsourcing Company owned by Australian foreigners that has established and operated in the Philippines which manages an architectural team that handles detailed drawing plans with numerous clienteles from United States of America and Australia.

On 2021, he moved back to Cebu, Philippines again and accepted a job offered as a Senior Landscape Associate role with a remote satellite office with LaGuardia Design Group a company which the main office is based on New York, United States. 

​

Sometime in 2022, he decided to go back to Manila, Philippines. He accepted a job offer as a Senior Project Architect and Join Ecohabitat Development Corporation where he leads a design team of young architects and interior designers that focuses on master planning and urban development projects.

​

By 2023, he decided to join Mace TPM a project management team that leads project around the Philippines. He was hired as a Senior Project Manager to handle projects of clienteles' nationwide and monitors consultants on their project programs and scheduling of works.

​

He has a vast experience as an Architect that emphasizes the overseeing of design conception, coordination and execution of all aspects of projects of varying sizes. With his increasing awareness and knowledge regarding functional, sustainable, economical and environment-friendly design concepts, Interdisciplinary Architecture is utilized in conceptualizing and implementation of his various architectural projects.

He believes the fundamental success of any project is driven by the effective coordination of all fields, interactive communication of all parties, and a full understanding of the client's intent. A successful project is the proposal of cost-effective alternative and creative design solutions.
